As a client, you agree to cooperate fully with our facilitators, follow their guidance, and provide feedback on your progress. You are responsible for urgently notifying our facilitators of any changes to your health status, medications, or treatments received from healthcare and medical providers.

We respect your privacy and will keep all information shared during sessions confidential, except as required by law. Please refer to the rest of this Terms of Service as well as the Privacy Notice for further information.

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session/s, please advise us with due notice. We will also advise you with due notice should we need to cancel or reschedule any session/s. If you do not advise us accordingly, this may result in a cancellation / rescheduling fee towards you. Session/s that may start late, beyond our control, will still conclude in the scheduled and allocated time.
